Healthy On-The-Go Snacks

You might have packing your kids’ lunches down to an art and when it’s snack time and your little ones are hungry, you can whip up healthy and yummy snacks they will love. But when it comes to eating healthy for you, sometimes it’s a little harder. You’re a parent-on-the-go and you need healthy snacks that taste great, won’s sidetrack all the healthy eating you’ve been doing, and will give you energy as you zoom from pickup, drop-off, and help with homework. So here’s three of our favorite portable on-the-go healthy snack recipes (and no it’s not this delicious donuts).

Packing Your Trunk Like a Pro

Packing your trunk may seem like a grown up version of Tetris as you try to make every last suitcase and bag fit perfectly into your car. While some people may consider themselves master trunk packers, if you’re anything like me, you start tossing bags and random items haphazardly into the car. Usually I pack all of our bags and suitcases, then shove everything throughout the car, and finish by tossing in tons of last minute items I forgot to pack but think we may need. So it ends up our car is a disaster and when we arrive, I can’t find anything. So to cut down on the chaos and stress and to make sure that you fit everything you need in the car neatly, here’s mom hacks for packing your trunk like a pro.
